    Yeah, the final week push helps. But it depends on what they're announcing and how hard they push, how much they're engaged with their backers, etc. If it makes 70% of its first 4-day total in its last 4 days (like SotA did), it should end up around $887k. Kicktraq is projecting 706k-819k. Best of luck to them!

    I'm just hoping it reaches $700k so we can get the Tracy Hickman novel! :)

    We just hit the $700,000 goal level which means that Tracy Hickman will be writing the back story for Ultima Ascendant about the Dark Elves arrival to the Stygian Abyss from Novia. Hope to hit the next stretch goal with ony 2 and a half days left :)

    Also, they're now at 803k so backers will get companion creatures and enhanced music! Next up: new Forsaken Webway area @ $825k and Dynamic Music/SFX @ $850k!

    I sure hope they would surprise us and tie the game worlds together via the underworld. That would be awesome. Single player offline of course :)

    It finally finished at $859,056 with 13,974 backers.

    They had another final mini-goal @ $860k for a new area in the Stygian Abyss called The Bazaar of the Arcane, where more exotic items can be procured. The funding was close enough so Otherside have decided to make it happen.

    Congrats to Otherside and thanks to all the backers here that helped make it possible!

    Unfortunate that they didn't make the co-op stretch goal. I would have considered kickstarting if they had been close.

    I noticed in the email I recieved that they are continuing funding on the website, are they extending the stretch goal funding time or is it going to be regular funding for the game?

    Based on the email, it looks like they are keeping their stretch goals alive with anyone who backs at the website or via paypal as well (http://www.underworldascendant.com/store/index.php), but the co-op goal is still a good distance away (over $250,000 still). Very glad this game did as well as it did, but I'm hoping it can generate some more good press to get more people to push it further.
