Virtue Cloak Plate armor Bug

    Title: Virtue Cloak Clips through Plate armor when weapon is out.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?
    Details: Virtue Cloak seems to be clipping through plate armor worse than before.. entire back of my character sticks out of the cloak.. I"m not having this issue when I use shardfall cloak
    Steps to Reproduce: Equip Virtue cloak and plate armor and unsheath weapon.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 15804
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8079
