When is Owls Head going to be finished?

Owls Head is sort of the capital city of Hidden Vale right? But theres still an under construction sign as you walk in. Should this not be nearly finished with launch so near? If so what is left to do and when is it scheduled.

Hidden Vale is not part of the main storyline, so lower priority.

 

They are waiting to do the Hidden Vale last so they can make it the most amazing it can be! *hopes this is true*

 

May be this one gives a very little answer (first sentence)

 

It’ll be finished when they get rid of the freeloading NPCs at the entrance that get up in your face the moment you load in. Just standing around, looking creepy and wanting you to reach into your pockets...

 

It'll be finished when they add a rear gate to the city and add it to the overworld entrances. Yup.

Or at least those "freeloading NPCs" will be finished. As in game over. Uh huh. Yep.

Sorry to say this but my bet is that they are not gonna touch Hidden Vale. The last thing I heard from devs when someone asked about Hidden Vale it sounds to me like they want to keep it intact (as something old from origins) and focus all their resources and time making Novia better and bigger.

 

At the last telethon they mentioned that they were going to work on Hidden Vale soon. They put off doing too much more to it to get Novia up and running but they are going to go in and do some work to the Vale. And yes it is not storyline related but there are alot of side quests to do there. It needs alot of work for sure but in due time they will get to it. The population is starting to rise in the Vale so they will get to it but probably not til after launch

 

I thought Dara Brae was the capital of the Hidden Vale. Hmm....
