How do I get customer support? Having two problems.. First, I tried to transfer gold between one of my characters to a second one... When I log in with the second character, there was a mail waiting for that character.. I opened the mail, heard the ding of coin but the gold never actually shows up into the account of that character... Am I missing something? Second, after doing this, I am unable to use chat... I type something and it is like it is blocked from using the send or enter function after I type something.. Suggestions on that too?
You can email customer service at support@portalarium.com. You can find this from the home page by clicking About | FAQ. That said, both of your problems sound like client sync issues. Can you log out and log back in to see if the issues take care of themselves? If you are using Steam, do a file check to make sure there is not an error.
Check the bank for that character. The contact info is at the very bottom of the home page. Scroll way down to the bottom of the page, there is a contact link there, though Browncoat Jayson has given you the link already.
Already tried that.. no change.. Going to have to go to a town to check the bank there as the portable bank shows nothing...
All characters on a single acct share a bank. If you take 1,100,000 gold and send yourself 100,000 gold on your alt you'll wind up with 1,100,000 Gold. Same as you started. SO your saying you sent gold to yourself and you came up SHORT? So that I understand you correctly.
Correct and prior to me doing this, my three characters all had DIFFERENT amounts of gold. Now after that transfer they all have the identical amount but the 20,000 gold I sent one of them from another one, disappeared. ( sent 20k from my main character to my guy I use to make things as he needs silver now.. and that 20k was about all I had left that I could spare)
I will test to see if there could be a bug. But I can tell you the system they have is pretty solid with item transfers that I have not ever seen stuff at least inventory vanish with out it being player issue with misplace or require a relog. will up date my findings in a few min.
