Winslow is fine

    Details: Double clicking Winslow doesn't do anything. His nameplate only says "Wounded Guard". I've completed the winslow quest, Dreyfus acknowledges it. Winslow is walking around.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to Winslow's mansion and take a look
