1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited.     Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Items purchased in the SotA Store, such as Pledge and Bundle Rewards, Add-Ons, Stretch-Goal items, and Player Owned Towns, as well as services that can be immediately fulfilled in-game (such as renting existing in-game property or items) are the only permitted exchanges in the Player Marketplace.

    We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    Complete Knight keep in Brittany Fields. Includes Knight Benefactor village keep, NPC town lot in the 3rd largest town in the game, and place anywhere village lot deed (taxable).

    With by far the overall largest population in total, Brittany is destined to be the main town in New Brittania. Brittany is centrally located on the map and is also the location of the boat to Hidden Vale and Owl's Head. Brittany Fields is the 3rd largest town in New Brittany with 162 lots, so this town should end up being one of the busiest. Every lot in Brittany Fields has been claimed for some time now.

    $425 or best offer. Will consider offers for lot only. I will also consider trades for anything of value. I'm currently looking for a Royal Scepter.

    I missed the lower case notation this was a taxable deed.
    committed to paying 425 in 2 separate payments
    received several PM's stating this was a taxable deed
    communication was conducted with the seller thru Text Messaging.
    Over a period of several hours I asked the seller if the deed was indeed taxable, also asked what the character name was I would be conducting a transfer with.
    I was told the player character name ,but my requests to know if the deed was taxable went unanswered.
    Eventually I cancelled my credit card and was informed by the Credit card company I wouldn't be held liable.
    The seller was informed of this and OFFERED to refund the transaction.
    48 hours later my credit card company approved the transaction. The seller never attempted to contact me or refund the money.

    @cagle @Bom If you have a issue with the sale, you need to take it to PM's. @Berek has pretty firm rules as to post in threads. In fact, he may delete this because it is not what I should be posting. But the seller has a long line of good sale and buy comments, I don't think he is blowing off your concerns. Try to work this out in PM's, if that doesn't work email support@portalarium.com , explain the situation and see if they can help.
