Yard of Supple Leather Recipe?

Does this recipe exist? I've been too several Tailors and haven't seen one yet. Tailors themselves also seem few and far between. Does anyone know where I can find this?

 

I think there's one on my vendor in NBM for 1k. Cant check at moment as out but might be worth a look.

It does, but you cannot purchase it from NPCs. It drops in Supply Bundles.

What does NBM stand for? Not familiar with with it.

Before I go on a search for this Recipe .. am I right in thinking I can use Yards of Supple in place of regular Leather and get a different sort of buff from it?

 

Yes, all worn item recipes that call for Yards of Leather can take either Yards of Supple Leather or Yards of Hardened Leather, and will give different bonuses.
