    We respect your account privacy needs, so we do not talk publicly about accounts. This includes responding to anyone that contacts us about another player's personal or account information.

    If you have any concerns with someone else's account, especially if the account holder is talking to you about a problem they are having, please have the account holder contact us through email at support@portalarium.com and we will respond directly to them. We cannot address certain issues through a third party.

    If an account holder is unable to contact us for some reason, please let us know the situation through email and we will take appropriate action.
