Details: to obtain the "Deed" it only is given if you type "Deed" but when I first typed it I typed "deed" all lowercase and didn't get the deed so adding the lower case word to the trigger the deed given might help people stop getting confused and possibly frustrated so early in the game and there gaming experience.

Two things:
1. One of the last three enemies are Lichs, one of them is a Mage. I am Adv.level 100 and even with buffs he is very hard (yellow). I think it's a bit too hard for a 3+ Adv. scene - especially he appears soon after the other two Liches. May be if he would appear after we defeated the first two?

2. BUG
Asking the appearing Monk about "Brookside" provides no information where to...

Details: When trying to deduce details of fire during quest, talking to townspeople suggested I speak to Martin or Harry. Speaking to Martin 2nd I got an update to speak with Harry about red cloth, but speaking with him about the same doesn't advance the quest.
