2 week early access to skills as they are added to the game

When do we get 2 week early access to skills as they are added to the game?

Obviously we need this as we launch to satisfy this reward.

 

I think we have had in some cases 44 releases of early access to skills.

Would make a great title for a film though...Mr Adventure the Immoral adventurer!

 

Sure, but the pledge reward is about the pledge population getting access early to skills as they're added.

Once we launch it's my expectation that well get early access to any skills that are added from that point on.

The pledge reward clearly said "as they are added to the game" not "during development". This is important to the value of each founder account (some of which were sold off as people got upset about various things). I'd like to see this reward honored, especially since I've kept my account through all the many people that have sold off.

Or if the development team feels that's too restrictive to new players - I'm interested to know how they would compensate us for that pledge reward.

 

I'm more interested in the story of Mondain...

 

I thought mentioning KS promises was cosidered spam. Pretty sure you were in favor of it in that regards a lil while back..

The reason I brought this up now is that the devs are saying we're close to launch. This reward is dependent on launch, so it's time to talk about it.

Although I enjoy getting a status on Kickstarter rewards as much as anyone, I understand that they can't get them all done tomorrow - we're going to have to keep waiting. This reward has to be completed on a time schedule though - if launch is really around the corner.

 

I think we both know the game will never be finished, it will always be in development. What we have now is a 'game'...not a finished game no, but it never did state that, and it never ever will be. There's no mention there of launch or anything referencing a 'finished game'. Personally i feel having access to the QA server as we have had for many releases, so we can try them out in the game if we want is sufficient for me. What's 2 weeks between friends when they been friends for nearly 4 years...peanuts!

 

QA server is not the game. Which is why we can't live stream on it.

I'm looking forward to my two week head start on new skills. Should be a lot of fun.

Ok, well the QA server is completely different than "the game" as stated by the devs multiple times (including today).

The reason I wrote that was because I was giving you a chance to stop attacking me personally. I didn't report them because I thought you'd just stop. I didn't think you'd continue on as if you're not personally attacking me - by personally attacking me.

Ive explained to you. It was not a personal attack. Just as you did the other day, twice before then telling me this and that....If u want to believe it is a personal attack, feel free, you will believe whatever u want.

If the mods think it is, then i will gladly take the 24 hrs time out. I will also then ask they review your attack on me the other day, on a number of occasions...See you in the sin bin.

 

A lot of those kickstarter promises were made by people no longer with Port. I think it's odd you feel you're owed that - should be thankful for the game so far!
