Petition to have an in-game museum with Joe Garrity as Curator

    I'd like to preface this thread by stating that although I have no idea of whether Mr. Joe Garrity (OMCurator), Curator of the Origin Museum, would be interested in playing as a Curator of an in-game Royal Museum or not; nor do I know if there would be unique items in the world that players could find and then sell/donate to such a museum, but this gentleman's passion and commitment to the preservation of the legacy of OSI is admirable.

    By the way, Mr. Garrity, congratulations for being inducted in the O.N.B.E.

    He wouldn't have to play the curator in game, he could just have an NPC persona as the curator. As long as it has the hair.. that is a must.

    He could also have the NPC doppelganger that LB said that he would have for his own persona when he's not online. Maybe the curator PC/NPC could commission treasure expeditions as well on behalf of the museum. But, yeah, the hair is a must.

    Yep, I fully support this! It would be cool if he was the curator of a museum in Brittany that held ancient artifacts from Novia. And he also sold some on the black market as his side job :)

    Wow--you guys are the best--Thanks for the kudos.
    Yes, it would be very cool to have a quest NPC in my honor, but it might be even more fun to just be myself, and do some of the suggestions that others have given.
    I'd be *SO* up for hanging out in a tavern, and giving out live quests! :)
    (...and the ability to have crazy hair in the game would be a plus!) :)

    The Museum is so extensive that a tour would to cover everything would take days of continual progress! *chuckles*. I don't know if he has an inventory list or not.

    If you hit the Hearth of Britannia You Tube video archive, Joe does a lot of half hour or so segments in many of those videos talking about and showing different things though. I think its probably the number one best source at this time.

    I've thought about asking Joe if he could give me an article a week to publish on something he has, but haven't as I don't want him to say yes and its not something he really wants to do *chuckles*
