Row Lot Deed?

I believe all backers Ancestor and above are to have a Rent Free Row Lot Deed. I am either blind or just tired, but I don't see that lot deed in my bank. Am I the only one or has this already been addressed somewhere and I missed it? Or maybe the description is something like 'peanut butter' and I didn't know it was the same thing.

 

Lot deeds do not stack.

 

Mine was in there; I can't get to the game right now to check it's name (I'm tempted to say it said "Tax Free Row Lot") but it is one of two items that uses a Scroll type of icon at our reward level, the other being a deed for the Stone 2 Story.

One little tip if you've not yet found it, every row bar for Ardoris had already gone within 20 minutes of logging in, and even there may now be full. I managed to get one spot with a good view, but then kept crashing as Ardoris cripples my system, sigh. However when you claim a lot, don't change the building just yet. Go and have a look at other Stone 2 Story. In particular I was annoyed the best view was blocked by an unremovable wooden shutter top right. You get the Blue Roofed 2 Story free however when you claim the lot, but if you change the building type it's gone forever... so decide which you want to keep before placing the stone. I wish I'd kept the blue one now, boo...

 

What Starr said. Pledges that are Citizen to Knight get only Village, no Row. The first pledge above Developer that gets a row lot deed is Lord.

 

Sorry, I really don't mean to be stupid, but I am not sure I understand that term.....so if I get a Village Lot Deed as a Pledge Reward, then I won't get a Row Lot Deed Pledge Reward. Or if I get a Town Lot Deed as a Pledge Reward, then I won't get the Village or the Row Lot Deed Pledge Reward? Is that what 'not stacking' means?

You only get one deed, unless your pledge specifically states otherwise. Supposedly you can use a village deed on a row or a town on a village or row. Not sure if that is implemented yet though

 

If you asking because you want to get a row lot instead of a village lot, the village deed will work for either.

 

I was really asking just to be asking. I have a Village Lot already and then noticed there was no Row Lot in the Bank. Didn't need / want one, just didn't know the rules.

Also, if Nemo is correct about all the Row Houses already being taken in Ardoris, WOW....they have a gazillion Row Houses in Ardoris. That means lots of players will not get lots. Maybe I should start renting out rooms.

I am an ancestor and cant purchase a home in Ardoris. My deed dosent even show in my list.

 

Have you grabbed the deed from a bank or Town Crier yet?

 

You'll need to go to any bank and look through the items for your rent-free row lot deed.

 

How about that, trying to put a home on a lot with no deed, who would do such an asinine thing!! Thank you, im my haste i was only carrying the stone home deed...

 

There are plenty of row houses still available in Ardoris. I was just wandering around there not 5 minutes ago and saw lots of 'for sale' signs still up.
