    It could take up three months for them to be added to the game. I wouldn't worry, all purchases are date/time stamped.

    the update of the avatar say that Flower emote could make it for R30, so, you will know by then if you are credited for it... if not, contact support ;-)

    Hutch just made the unity asset purchase for the butterfly and dragonfly. I'm sure those will be prepared pretty quickly, and they already have the tech for the flower shower. They just need to tweak the visuals. I can easily see them all ready for R30.

    You should see them on your special rewards tab on your account page now. They will start appearing in game over next several releases as stated in this weeks update.

    If they aren't on my special rewards tab should I email support or just wait a little longer? I bought a $5 store credit during the telethon but never redeemed it so I should be eligible.

    Same here, not on my account, hubbies account, my alt account nor a family members account. All bought at least $5 items during the telethon and was new money. Not really worried though, I'm sure maybe it is just taking some time to get them all up on our pages.
