Butchery -Obsidian meat recipes?

I have looked all over for the recipes near Brittany but cant find them. Anyone found them recently?
Bear, Wolf, Deer?

 

I think I found them at a merchant in Aerie. Not the butcher, where' you'd expect, but a cooking merchant up near the castle. But it was a while ago.

 

Resolute also has a cook with all of them.

Resolute was the ticket!

 

Giving this a bump in the new year to say that everything is still in Resolute at Ollie Webb.

He's also one of those NPCs on a sleep schedule, so he may be upstairs until "Morning".
