Camp scenes & other applications of the basic idea

I had not seen this post previously, glad for the bump.

Regarding special areas, ie circle of stones for PVP. How about an area when lit by campfire that will draw animals into a checkpoint style escalation. Kill some stags, smoke the wolves out of the den, the bears come to feast on easy pickings. The Circle of Life.

Its great, just another really imaginative way to utilise the hugely powerful potential of the OverWorld game canvass.
I'm sure this idea, along with a myriad of others for the OverWorld is stored away in the heads and documentation of the Devs.

The Overworld is not appreciated or enjoyed by a significant number of players for a variety of reasons that have to be respected and have no value to be discussed in my post. It will be an interesting journey to see if this perception of the Overworld can be changed over time and an increase in the positive views of the fun achievable in the Overworld would surely be a sign of improving health and progress for the game.

 

This is the kind of thing that could really take the game to the next level, because I think having the overworld becoming more interactive would be great
