Can we rename our Avatar?

no, it's a service request. there's a name change token in the game services store

 

Just did that!

Took a $25 service token and a email into Portalarium. About 3 days and it was done, easy peasy. I sold my main account and pledge last summer and I wanted to have my main avatar’s name again on my new main account.
Portalarium was awesome as always

You can change your forum name as well. That I did via the profile section of the forums.

In the Store, on the Game Services Page is a $25 Character Name Change Request Voucher (digital)

This Voucher is to have Customer Support change your in-game character’s name (NOTE: this is for online characters only; currently unable to change the name of offline characters). For more information, please see the Voluntary Name Change Requests post in our forums.

Contact support@portalarium.com with the details of your Name Change Request once you've purchased your Service Voucher.

 

i think when the op was posted the token was not in the store yet. would still have been a service request, but not so clearly communicated. it predates berek's post you linked, too.

 

Now this one I can't figure out. I've looked at my profile tons of times, but I don't see an edit button where I can edit or change my Forum name.

Couldn't get Drahcir because I guess someone already has it on the forum. Tried to give me Drahcir2 (blah).
