I don't know if this is a feature worth spending the time developing, but its something that came up in chat, and I've never seen it implemented in a game before, so I thought it was worth mentioning just because the idea was pretty neat, at least in concept. In cold weather, some people with a light skin complexion start to show blushing; their cheeks and maybe chin or nose might start to get reddish. It would be a novel feature if, for certain characters, the skin textures in the game reflected that. It would also increase after heavy alcohol drinking. Also, if when players talked in cold weather, you saw the fog of their breath. Maybe not as interesting, but light complexion exposed to really hot weather might start to show signs of burn, or might temporarily tan. Heat would cause sweat, too, I guess... but I don't know how you'd show that (glistening?)
