Epic Plate Helm

Would anyone know where the recipe for this is? http://sotawiki.net/sota/Epic_Iron_Plate_Helm Iam guessing there is a recipe anyway, it is listed as one and from looking at the other epic items i haven't found a listing for its loot location.

I don't know of a recipe.

It can be found in the chest in this chamber in the Dragon's Cave. The chamber is way off the beaten path, though, and you have to hunt and break a few walls to get to it.

Currently, Epic items cannot be crafted. It is likely that these will result standard item creation using either special materials or through crafting events using the skills system, but it has not yet been revealed.

 

What are the locations for the other epic plate items?

 

Kingsport sewers for half (2 items); Owl's Head sewers for the other half (2 items).

Note for R12:
The chest in Kingsport sewers (epic plate boots and leggings, Vanduul polearm, ...) respawns after some mins, so you can wait and get additional sets (the lich does not respawn).
The chest in Owl's Head sewers (epic plate torso and gauntlets + epic cloth chest, ...) however does not :-(
You have to redo the area and kill both liches again....

 

And in R13, the spawn rate of epic armor items is set at 5% or something low. In R12 the items were there 100% of the time, making it considerably harder for people to get epic armor.
