Episode 2 Player Owned Town Voucher Redemptions

Thanks for the update. Sorry for the bug, some of them are so hard to crush. As always very transparent and informative.

 

FYI, Chris figured out the bug and Sannio is diving in quickly. He's trying his best to make the changes in the sequence of the land rush, (keep in mind land rush was more about getting location selection priority, not placement sequence), but still he's trying to preserve that order BUT, sometimes he needs to move to the next town when something isn't ready with the previous town - primarily? If you have an unlocked form that has not been updated and locked, it will hold up the process for your town. Be sure to go to your town's form and ensure it has all pertinent data, then submit it so Sannio can give your town some loving.

I am not moving Dragomir Mori but my Crossroads Village I am moving is not unlocked. Will it be unlocked when it is my turn to make a choice?

 

The crossroads form will need to be locked for Sannio to work on the town once it's picked. If it's not locked he will by pass you when it comes to connections,etc.

My POT submission form is locked but has not been updated yet. Hope it is before it moves but if not Deco'ing will wait until the move. Come visit "Belly off the Snake" when it is ready in the belly of the Snake (Spot 115).

 

I see you have 2 vouchers and you appear to have bypassed selection for your first voucher, so I suspect you're talking about your second voucher in Bracket 7.

New town vouchers (the $500 ones) came with an unlocked form so they could initially populate the town with various info required. Transfer vouchers do not include an unlock voucher since they are transferring as-is. Form unlock vouchers can be purchased if you want to make changes to your town, and we'll do our best to time in unison with your move, though the changes might come slightly before or after as well. If your form is already locked, then that town's info will remain unchanged during the transfer.

If you need me to look at your form, I just need to know the town name. Your EP2 move vouchers are not innately attached to a town, which is why I collect the town name during the land rush process. Many players have several towns.

I tried to purchase an unlockvoucher but there is no place to request it. I had had one whenI first bougtht the crossroads villige so I was trying to buy one for the town to make some changes but no place for money.

This simply means you already have an unused one. Simply put in a ticket at support@portalarium.com, and ask for your form to be unlocked. I'll clear the voucher from your account and unlock the form. Presto chango

Missed 116 for some reason in the player facing spreadsheet -- updating picture now.

 

I have a weird question. My town is now on the new map. I entered it and it doesn't say Governed by Parson Barr. And I can't do anything with it (place markers etc.). Is there something I'm doing wrong or is phase 1 placement of town and phase 2 will allow me to decorate it?

 

that's a bug. you won't be able to do anything with it until they fix it. please report.
