I'm going for an earth theme with mine. It's starting to get the right feel, but I might add some more details.

Also maybe it's a problem that it's mostly brown? Not sure if it will be visible enough but I hope so with the right background.

Honest opinion... It's too low contrast, and will turn into a brown blob. In general, you want high contrast colors. The rules of 'real heraldry' (which don't apply here, but the lessons of it are applicable) are set up to insure contrast and visibility at a distance. Not entirely sure what it's supposed to be... I'm assuming it's some sort of plant? Personally, I'd go some other direction, but it's your device... Do as thou wilt.

I need to know this isn't going to look yellow in-game like it did last time. Can someone take a look for me?

Are these produced using the Blazon generator or via a different program, and subsequently uploaded in the blazon generator? I see lots of stuff on these blazons, that I don't see in the SotA Generator.

@Mandalar the arms above for Baratan were done in the generator. Others are done outside the generator. The generator exists to assist those who do not have the graphics programs or artistic ability to create something on their own.

Think I will have to stick with the Generator... Too bad I can't get the shield background in the Generator. :(

for those of us who would like to possibly learn how to do this outside of the sota blazon generator....
could someone please post a bunch of links to programs, and resources used/helpful additional download imagey (packs...things?)/links to guides possibly on how to do this? ^_^
This request is coming from someone who has No idea where to begin ^_^

This is vague but may help.. I use Paint Shop Pro X. Many others use GIMP, which is free or Photoshop, which is not. They largely do all of the same things but use different terminologies and interfaces.
The easiest way to get started would to first know what you want. Google and save a few images of the things you want to see in your blazon. Open them in your art program of choice and then copy them all onto a canvas how you want to see them. Create a new layer and you can largely trace over the shapes of your chosen art with a bold line and then fill it in.

Inkscape is a free download, but if you've never used any kind of art software the learning curve is steep.

If you search you can probably find a suitable image. I include heraldic and svg as search terms.

    I use Paint and Gimp...
    I'm not really an artist...
I find images that I can use and bend them to my will in the above programs.

During the R54 Livestream it was mentioned, that there is a way to test (i.e. preview) how user created heraldry would look like in game, by using offline mode (starting at 2:49:56).
Did anyone figure out, how that works? Any help would be appreciated.

I would like to know this as well. I imagine it is a matter of placing your image in the right place and possibly with a specific naming convention but I've no idea where.

Does anyone know where I can commission heraldry art? I want a design to be done.
    Thanks
