    And it sounds like you already found the map. Look for any 1 skull zones near where you are at.

    yes i did go to a 1 skull area but was svarmed why from 3-5 monsters
    might be because i am still useing my started gear as bean unsure what to buy
    also tryed to find an skill trainer but so fare only found one for crafting and not done any of that as i dont have any resepys

    There are skills trainers in almost every city. They are usually called adventurer trainer until you meet them (much like the crafting trainer you found). If you are using sota map then clicking on the town will pull up the map and show you where the adventurer trainer is.

    For being swarmed by mobs, that is an issue with the current aggro logic. My recommendation (as you are currently melee with a sword) would be to walk slowly towards an enemy and wait for it to charge you (i.e. pulling the mob towards you). This might help a bit. Also, if you are getting swarmed, run past them and usually you will start finding smaller clusters or individual mobs.

    i restarted figured i try bow so now i am down were you told me it was a town with gear to buy

    Town name is Soltown and if you follow the road into the center area (with wooden stakes around it) there will be a town crier. When talking to him a popup box will appear and if you select the lot that has Spoon's name on it, you will be directed to his place on the compass.

    The banker is in the Inn (has a bed sign out side) and is an automaton (robot) sitting at a chair next to a chest. Talk to him and click claim rewards (anything that your account comes with will appear in the bank after it syncs up with server).

    The starting area and east perrenial trail are the best 1 skull zones in that area.

    thx so much for all replys feal good now i did find that town and hunted some did see many players there and did buy an bow of an shop cost like 300 gold but that hunting spot i did went allot better after i got that bow

    now i am only wondering how i raise str do it go up naturaly or do i need to train sertan skills for it so fare i got 85 carrying abillety but with a ton of arroves i cant seem to carry much

    Make sure you look at the tactics tree with the k key and strength is there. Dex is very important I hear for an archer as well. Go through your trees and make sure things you don't want to train are turned off or down. Also visit a trainer in Soltown, Owlshead, Ardoris, many other places but that is a few. ;) . Also under the k key look at the bottom left corner, it will tell you how much xp you have to burn, if there is none things will raise slower. ;)

    edit to train strength you have to have 20 healthy I beleive first and then buy the skill at the trainer. ;)
