How long till unused accounts get deleted?

    Do we know how long our account will last?
    I was one of the early backers and put enough money in to get a house.
    But gave up later on this game as it seemed to move away from the good/evil days of UO.
    So just wondering how long I have to trade my account in before it gets deleted from not using it?

    To my knowledge, accounts don't get deleted for inactivity.

    There's a warning that free trial accounts that haven't purchased full game access might get deleted one day, but nothing is set in stone. Maybe that's where the confusion is here.

    You're right that accounts with full game access won't be deleted due to inactivity.

    Correct

    You may loose the location of a house you have placed, if you dont refresh it occasionally by loggin in and such, but in that instance things go into your bank and you don't loose them, only the location in game.

    We have no plans to delete full accounts based simply on inactivity, so you don't have to worry, should you wish to play and then stop for awhile.

    The account won't be deleted, however if you settled your house somewhere in a spot you like then after 4 (or more) months of not logging in, the house and contents may revert to your bank.

    I have taken years off from games and then came back and my account was always fine. No reason to delete inactive accounts.
