Investing in Portalarium?

Of course there was, you could have submitted your claim to the bankruptcy court and after the company's assets were liquidated you might have received a part of the proceeds, likely pennies on the dollar, but still more than preferred stock holders would have received. That you failed to assert your claim doesn't mean that you didn't have one.

 

Beeing in the EU, out of the courts TZ, with maybe 100 USD left they faild to deliver, it's as good as haveing no claims.
Of course you are right non the less.
But pretending that a KS so much less risky than what Crowfall is trying now is nonsense.
If companys like that go bankrupt you recive next to nothing and not even remotly what they failed to deliver.

 

I wouldn't call them fools, but it is very much "caveat emptor" and like we both discussed earlier, would not be a prudent investment unless you are ok with losing your investment and any potential ROI.

The fools for the taking line is more because that's the expression used than I literally think someone is literally, "a fool", if they get involved. Similar to the old expression, "a fool and his money are easily parted".

 

I had always thought about wanting to invest through buying stocks and whatnot but in this case the minimal entry level is 500 dollars with a few ingame goodies.

This is a mixture of investment and something pledge like.

In the case of investments I want to see a return and the goodies don't matter to me in this case.

Amazon stock is cheaper and they are making money. Sorry Portalarium, this is just too expensive for a little investment and a few goodies.

I think I know of better ways to make money to help develop the game.

I gotta pass on this one.

And too add on please let me say that. I want Portalarium to make cash to develop this game into a monster.

This isn't it though.
