So far this release has been borderline unplayable. If anyone else would like to let the devs know how they feel.

    Still having severe client crashing.

It's been fine for me other than a few graphics glitches which were explained by the Volumetric Lighting switch.

Zero issues. Been blazing through the Verdantis mines since the patch, noticeable improvement. Used to chunk pretty good in the Elven City/Camp, very enjoyable with this patch.

Azure. What video card you using? Had similar issue few releases ago with a older ATi/AMD GFX card. Wasn't a SoTA issue but a Unity issue for me that particular time.

Crashed 12 times in about 7 hours yesterday. This morning I crashed 8 times in about 2 hours and gave up. Yesterday I took apart my computer, air dusted it out and put it back together. This is the very first time that I've had any crashing issues with SotA, I've heard of others in past releases having issues but I never had. I'm not yet ruling out that it could be my computer. Overall if it is SotA, it is what it is, no worries as I expect things like this with an early access game. I'll just work on Dungeons and Dragons maps for the time being : )

I'm running an AMD and the error message says something about Unity. Double checked to see if my drivers were up to date and they were.

This release has been buggier for me for sure, that is until the last patch. Then it stopped crashing. I too have an AMD card.

I have a good 2000 hours in since persistence and I think I have crashed a total of 2 times and the last was probably a year ago. Rock solid for my hardware (in sig below). I have noticed my load times increased (Samsung m.2 drive).

AMD okay. What's your cards model number. There was this post

    https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/f...series-display-driver-stops-responding.74700/

But there is a Unity specific statement somewhere on the web with all cards that became obsolete with a Unity Upgrade a few months ago. I did a quick search but couldnt find it first up. Anyway might give you something to work with.

Your computers most likely fine if your other games are working. ( I spent many hours / days pulling my rig apart trying to fix it ). But yeah, could be anything, release is working fine here at my end thou.

No problems here except the occasional crash or hang on scene change but it's been that way for as long as I can remember. The performance, however, has vastly improved these last few releases (at least on Linux).

No issues here at all, week except for the lag issue last week that was cleared up fast. I haven't had any crash issues since moving off my old laptop.

I'm a bit tech guy so I will be honest. The new post-processing effects (like volumetric lights) are really cool but I found many lighting issues this release.

I love visual improvements but maybe a bit more testing time would be good. Hope we can get performance + better graphics with time.

I've gotten 7-8 crashes that generate a report like this:

Shroud of the Avatar [version: Unity 2017.2.0p2 (dbc2eb12ac98)]

UnityPlayer.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
    in module UnityPlayer.dll at 0033:be4b10a6.

Of course the error log goes on for a mile and I have no clue what any of it means.

Didnt log in yesterday but for me this has been R48 Major bug release, just one thing after another with an overall lower fps showing most in towns. hopefully everything is sorted today when I get to play again.

I heard that there was 2 new patches since the last time I played so I tried it out before i went to sleep. In 20 minutes I crashed 5 times tonight.

If you're having probems, I suggest using the /bug command and pasting it into a message. Trim it down to just the bit at top showing your OS, CPU and GPU. That will help them a lot.
