    This bug (reported in R69 QA) is still present.
    It was also reported in public release of R69, and was supposedly fixed during the public release.

    Details: ut 4 warlock chains uncommon on the crafting table with a stone chisel and 100 coal, click craft -> then you get a wayland loop! See pic below showing chat log.

    I just verified this recipe outputs the right thing and has for a while. I'm surprised people say they are still seeing it. I'm thinking maybe we didn't get a clean server side data build for our last patch. I'll definitely replace your necklaces for you. I'll be in game most of tomorrow so just holler at me or I'll email you 4.

    I crafted the recipe shown above on QA, so I still have my original warlock chains in the public release.
    I'll let you know if the bug happens in R70 public release.

    Ugh, if it is still on QA then there is something crazy going on. Maybe duplicate recipes with the same inputs? I'm digging deeper now.
