[Known] (Highvale Outskirt quest) Speak to Captain Burnes

    Title: (Highvale Outskirt quest) Speak to Captain Burnes
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Bug is still present, Horatio continues to wave his hand with blue sparkles like he has a quest. Speak to Captain Burnes. I have already talked to Capt Burnes and done a couple of quests.
    Steps to Reproduce: Seems if you rush through clicking the keywords it bugs it out?

    @Draugur2 Problem was that a flag was not being set upon speaking to captain Burnes. Now (at least when the next update/patch occurs) when a player uses the "hello" keyword when speaking to Captain Burnes, the flag is set and will close out Horatio's compass task indicator and stop his crazy waving, no matter what stage the player is on in the scene.
