[Known]"Use the Cerulean Lens" task in Journal even though I didn't get the Cerulean Lens

    Details:
    I went up to the chest in Boreas Colossus without having gone through the Truth storyline, found nothing -- including no Cerulean Lens -- but I still received the "Use the Cerulean Lens" task in my Journal, informing me to "bring them to the Confluence Chamber as the Oracle instructed."
    [This issue first arose in R43 when I first did the scene]
