[Known] Village Moondial does not properly align to Heavens.

    1. Title: Village Moondial does not properly align to Heavens.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100% (Village Ornate Moondial)
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: The Village Ornate Moondial does not properly align to the heaven. The plane of the ecliptic is off, with the constellations being below the horizon in the northern hemisphere, which is backwards, and the planet positions in the Moondial do not correspond to their positions in the sky.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: On a clear night, click on the moondial and compare what is displayed by the moondial with what is present in the sky.
    6. User Specs: Win10 with latest updates, Nvidia 1060 with latest drivers, 32G RAM, i5 processor
