New player: info

    Hi,

    my first impression of ques game is good although I found some doubts and difficulties. Game just two days, please be patient. : D

    1) The cities are too big and wasteful. Very often empty: real ghost town. I can not easily find sellers of weapons armor etc.

    2) How do you open the map? A few times I was able to see it and it is confusing and complicated. Provably is to be reviewed in the future. It would be very helpful if you could apply the "post it" or "bookmarks" to report any places visited, people, houses etc.

    3) I passed several levels and I can assign them eer unlock other abilities but pressing "K" I can not choose them. How do I spend these points?

    You first need to obtain a map of each area, which can be bought from some map sellers in some of the bigger towns like Ardoris and Owl's Head. You can then double click on the map from your inventory to view it, or move it into your non-combat hotbar.

    Also, when talking to the Skill Trainer, you will need gold to assign those skill points.

    ............and yes they are, the content and much is not in the cities and locations yet. There will be cool things like places to fish, surprises to find etc. So at this time yes patience and observations and ideas are required;)

    So friend majoria in game, I try to go in most days for a bit, I'd love to help if I can. After you know the ropes and what people are doing it will help so much. Every release there should be something new to test out
    but being lost does not make anything fun, so please it would be my pleasure to help if I can.:)

    Hi Dreeshna :) everyone gave really good advice. I'm still figuring things out as well. This game is different than most you may have played (in a good way) so keep asking questions! Welcome to SotA :D

    I saw the maps that you have kindly linked me, I have to say I'm really confused, badly made, I sincerely hope that will change. The idea is good only that are unclear. Make me regret this .... [​IMG]

    I want to understand why the names of the cities are not in English ...
    Or if you are the only one who can not understand it .... :eek:This is why I linked the old, to try to understand the new!

    i have looked and all i see is ardoris. i cant find owls head breamar, kingsport, that map has a lotta places that aint.which way is Vale woods?
    is there a map that you can link that has owls head, lagdoris, kingsport, like that? without all the other stuff?
