Sounds like a great idea, right? Buy that new Inn building and that Bulletin Board.

This isn't right....
What?!.....

The Ornate Bulletin Board doesn't fit on the lot!!
Spent money on an asset that doesn't even fit, even though I was encouraged to buy it.

Good thing I put mine on a Town lot.

 

Glad my village lot is open on one side, managed to put 2 crafted bulletin boards there.

 

File it as a bug, though I'm sure they'll say the bug was the description and not with the pieces.

 

The crafted bulletin board will probably fit. It looks really good too. I know this doesn't help you with the purchased one though.

 

Not sure where your Inn is but you can also place bulletin boards on the player owned town area. Is is because the Inn takes up too much of the lot. A while back I had to file a bug for my house. I use the Lords house quite often and the sides of the house didn't allow for me to walk around the sides of the house when a fence was put up. They did fix it for me and give me a little room. It is a tight fit but very workable now. So it never hurts to bug report issues. Good luck to you.
