    Please tell me these are players that entered the game and died on Solace Bridge. I really want to know that this many people couldn't make it through the tutorial.

    After I took the boat from Solace bridge to Soltown, this is literally what I saw next...

    The death toll on launch day will be catastrophic. Solace Bridge and Soltown are going to look like a pile of dead flies sitting under a bug zapper.

    yeah I was kind of thinking the same thing myself when I saw all the ghost skeletons in Solace Bridge. I can't imagine what they were doing.

    I'm hoping that over time we can "investigate" and find out what caused the death, what time, and who died.

    They also appear on the Overworld map if someone has died within that city;

    This then is going to get very messy at times; I suggest a toggle under options for "Show Corpses > All, Guild, Party, Friends" (with Guild including party and friends etc)"

    Imagine the results of this feature when a few hundred people meet up for an outing, decide to climb to the roof top of very tall player run home, and then jump off to their demise. It will be a ghastly new form of player event and yard decoration.

    I found dozens and dozens in the turorial section, literally everywhere people have been searching for hidden treasures it seems :)

    is the skeleton supposed to stay even after the player resurrects ?

    Maybe some of the dead bodies at Solace Bridge is Edvard? Just noticed he takes damage when he wanders into the fire - like you do. And he did have a tendency to die in previous releases......

    They just need to adjust the timer on those corpses, I think ....have them linger for a few minutes instead of whatever they're set at now.

    Maybe instead of glowy skeletons, they could put ashy grey corpses of the players who died (that can be moused-over to see who it was), wearing the items the person died wearing (but cannot be taken), that go through a couple of decay stages before finally disappearing altogether?
