Release 51 QA Build Now Available!

    A new QA build has been released (actually about an hour and a half ago) ! Build number 630!

    A new QA build has been released! Build number 634! This build is now on Unity 2017.3, where previous QA builds and Live builds are Unity 2017.2. Please pay special attention to performance and stability compared to previous QA builds, and let us know if you see any changes!

    This also means that the launcher patch for this build is rather large, at about 2.5gb depending on the platform.

    I can't seem to log into a scene (Valgard) or Novia. It gets to 97% loading, then bounces back and forth between 95% and 97% forever. This is after updating to build 634

    Hi @Baene Thorrstad can you try something for us? In your launcher click on the sprocket in the upper right, under Launch Arguments add the string "-force-metal" (single dashes) and see if that makes any difference in regards to your loading problems.

    Tried it and still getting the same issue. I used to have that set before, I guess it got reset during one of the updates. So it fixes my white screen flashing at startup, which is great, but still having the loading issue

    A new QA build, 636, has been released! This build is an attempt to address the loading issue on OSX and Linux, and is a very small patch. Windows got a patch as well, but the Windows build is essentially unchanged from 636. Please let me know if you still have loading trouble on OSX or Linux.

    Still happening with 636 on my Mac, but I'm going to leave it for a while to see if it does eventually load up.

    Still doesn't work. I also can't paste my password into the login screen.

    A new QA build was just published, build 637! This should resolve the OSX and Linux loading issue. The OSX and Linux builds are now back on Unity 2017.2, while we work on trying to figure out what the problem is with 2017.3. The Windows build is still on 2017.3, so please continue to pay special attention to any stability issues and let us know if you have crashes, out of control memory usage, etc.

    And, thank you all very much for your great help with testing these QA builds!

    This latest build should also fix the Ice Field crash.

    Ahh yes, i crashed twice while in combat earlier and it was when i had casted an ice field thinking about it..

    OS X build 637 will load, but the graphics performance absolutely bites.

    A new QA build, 638, has just been published! This build brings OSX and Linux back to Unity 2017.3, but this time with the loading issue hopefully resolved. Please let us know! The Windows build was updated too (but has been on 2017.3 for a few builds now.)

    @Undone suggested using -force-wayland, so I'm going to try that tonight.

    A new Windows-Only QA build has been released, version 640. The most important change is a fix for the white screen / no drawing "crash" issue. Due to needing build machines for OSX/Linux to prepare for our live builds, I wasn't able to get QA builds done for those platforms this time.
