[Responded] Alchemy 10 or 20 skill cure

According to this page, 10 skill:

for this:

however, the recipe need 20 skill and you can't teach yourself the potion.

 

@Jenshae sotawiki is only up to date when someone manually updates the information there

as you could have seen both were last updated in R40 or R44 (right upper corner in recipe)
