    Title: Student of Chaos does not add task to journal

    Details: Speaking to Gina and offering to "Help" her gives the standard "I have made note of this in my journal", but it does not actually add a journal entry or a task to the task tracker. The quest does appear to work, it just doesn't have the journal and task hookups.
