Service Outage - Was Down, Now Up Again, Yay Chris and Tass

    As you noticed if you're up, SOTA IS DOWN OMG THEY PUT IN TRAMMUCCA!

    nope, has nothing to do with the April Fools joke... our hosting service is down and we're trying to track down what's up but given the late hour it's not easy to get a hold of folks.

    We are aware though and will continue to work to bring back service as soon as we possibly can.

    Our deepest apologies for any inconvienence anyone suffers because of this outage.

    So it's like that one time a few months ago where the server was still running but no internets?

    There is not a problem of hosting provider because for CH3 Data the network status is normal

    That does not necessarily mean there isn't a problem .....Anyways, I'm sure they'll get it up as soon as possible. This is the first time I've seen the service down (except for normal updates) in a long time.

    When i read this "our hosting service is down" I suppose the problem is CH3... but for CH3 the network is ok/normal..
    So, now you can't do nothing.. only waiting..

    Yes, the host is up, but OUR servers all went down... anyway, Top Men(tm) (aka Chris) are at the site and working out what happened and how to fix. No ETA on when they'll be back up yet.

    No problem on this very rare 'oops' as your usual reliability is very high compared to many.

    Actually, it pushed me to get round to trying Mass Effect Andromeda... Will your servers be up soon :)

    I went back and read Chris's Discord messages and he started working on the problem around 3:30am. I guess Lum and Burning Toad were on it before then. GREAT job team!

    You need to set up a bed next to the server for Chris, surley this will shorten the delay time.
