    Since this is the official fan convention and you have the devs with you ...

    Could we clarify the pronunciation of names of places/regions/characters? A video of this would be greatly appreciated.

    The panels will be very different than ordinary panels. This is a perfect example:

    If you want to have something like that clarified just ask! We're giving 90 minutes for the panels so we have time for some rabbit trails and Q&A during them. I'm expecting 30-minutes of on-topic narration or less during that time... but the devs are used to 60-minute panels so I would expect at LEAST 30-minutes of Q&A/rabbit trailing based on a question for each panel :)

    So, if, for example, Lord British begins to tell a story about an NPC that's in a town you're familiar with and not sure how to state it's name... just ask him to say it! :)

    I don't arrive until around 3:30pm Friday and then transport myself to the hotel. I will be ready for a good meal sometime early evening!

    Hope everyone is having fun. Here's a bit of fun with my trip:

    I had the choice of an 8+ hour both ways connecting flight at a somewhat affordable price. I paid about 150$ more to cut it to 4 hours each way. His made it more bearable as I liked the idea of arriving at more reasonable times.

    My first flight: delayed an hour.
    My connecting flight: cancelled "due to maintenance" while I was taking off during fire flight.
    My rebooked second flight: they automatically booked me to fly to Washington (what?)
    My re-rebooked flight scheduled to depart 3 hours after my cancelled flight has now been delayed another hour.

    American Airlines is not winning for me today.

    For the inconvenience I'm being offered a 50$ voucher towards future travel and 12$ voucher for food. Ha. Well I'll eat the food and draw a winner for that voucher if they don't go one better and refund a portion instead.

    Anyways Ill probably be there around 8 est and see folks then - time to hit the food court with my 12$ :)

    Just logged in and checked the speed.
    12 megs down.
    It seems to be fine for gaming from here.
    Maybe other rooms won't be as lucky but I have my rig with me and it works well on the network.
