Thank you for the E key...

    I don't know when it was added, but I seen a game tip on the loading screen about it and I started using it, now I'm hooked... I use it for everything that needs a dbl mouse click, it's the most useful key I have ever used... My trackball wore out it's L mouse button using it so much, the timing was really critical, then my new trackball started to weaken too, but now I'm saved...

    Today I tried it for farming and what a difference it makes, gathering water is a breeze now...

    Whomever thought this one up needs a bottle of Scotch or whatever they want...

    If you have side mouse buttons, try binding the button to one of those and use your thumb to double-click them corpses, open those doors, or harvest nodes! So much easier than using the 'E' key(at least for me)

    wait, you guys dont switch your "E" to your "F" key, and then use "Q" and "E" for rotate? really?

    I bind it to the "R" key just above, but ya, I have always used "Q" and "E" to rotate so as to run around with just the left hand on the keyboard [ed: and I should add, the right hand doing nothing, or nothing game-related or at least movement-related].

    I changed it to R as well, I like to use Q/E for rotate though.

    Anyway today I accidentally emptied two chests with it and it took me a long while to put everything back where it belonged.

    If ONLY double-click would actually be reliable in SotA I'd be a happy camper.... It is NOT reliable at all.:mad:

    yeah, it would be nice if E worked for everything except Take all, which could be bound to another key like R as default

    This is why I moved it off the keyboard and onto the mouse. Too much potential for me to hit the key by accident when moving from the 1-4 position to the A-F position.

    The problem is, I WANT it to be take all for corpses and dungeon chests. I just don't want to to be so on my lot. I've actually gotten to the point that I haven't emptied one of my chests accidentally in quite some time.

    I suppose they could assign the container 'take all' button to a different code than the corpse 'take all' button.

    Even if they did, I think the 'E' button would still work for both the way things are set up right now.

    Also I'd like to add that we could also use a take all button in the bank menu :D

    Yes, since the weight restrictions were removed I suspect a few people might be interested in having a take all button in the bank now. ^^

    I must admit I too am an E key fan.. and like some of you I took emptied an entire chest of fullness into my inv going "why am I so .... oh"
