Yeah, I know. I was on the Hidden Vale overland map right before signing out yesterday. The large meteors were kewl.

I saw a very large one streak across the sky while I was in a scene yesterday.

Then I went home and started digging another 4 levels to my basement.

 

Mh. Seems like the small meteors are getting more. Or is it just me?

 

I have been delving deep into the depths of Hilt and the Epitath to research all the Obsidian lore I could uncover. I have been specifically interested in the time leading up to the last cataclysm that befell New Britannia. Through my research and journeys, I have ascertained that the best place for all Outlanders and Avatars to be (come release), is deep within the depths of one of the many Obsidian bunkers scattered throughout Novia. So far I have only been able to find one, but I know there are more out there! I encourage all my fellow Avatars to seek sanctuary within these chambers, otherwise the doom of ages past will befall ye!

It has also come to my attention, through my continued hacking of the Oracle's "Watchers", that @Lord British is well aware of our impending doom! Much to my chagrin, all attempts at trying to coax more information out of the lovely Arabella, has proved fruitless! BEWARE Avatars! The end is nigh!

 

We should have invested more tax money into space exploration and defense rather than spending all our taxes on free radio headsets, Outlander healthcare, and dance parties.

 

We will need to ensure proper breeding techniques within the deep Obsidian mines. Ten females per male and we should work back to our current population levels in twenty years. We must consider the future survival of the human race in New Britannia.

There seems to be an endless meteor shower going on and I did notice that big rock in the sky.... Rumor has it that Whyte Roc is the only city that, of a certainty, will be spared. Move in while lots remain! (See how I turned that into a pitch?)

Well, the last cataclysm occurred when all of the planets last aligned. I think we're still about 200-250 years from that happening again. (Though, it would have been crazy cool if release coincided with that!)
