Hi, I have been playing for a few weeks now. I tried to post on here for a while but it wouldnt let me. Lately I have been trying to find sketchbook for "Find Loreley's sketchbook" quest snd have spent over 3 hours looking for it, I found all 3 spots where it could be but it must be invisible since I cannot find it. I also had a problem after claiming a Lot and placed a chest in Lot and next day the Lot wasnt mine anymore and chesst was gone. Later I claimed the same Lot and got to keep it but the chest is lost forever. I hope this post works and that I can finally post on this forum.
Have you checked your bank for said chest? There's that, or in the list of menus there's a property manager that stores your lots, chest should be in kne of those locations
yes I looked in bank and it isnt there, it isnt in Property manager either. Strange thing did happen when I tried to claim same Lot again, I got a message saying that if I claimed this Lot that I would lose the other Lot ( I had only ever claimed one Lot ever, so it seems like it moved me somewhere else. I had put lots of gem fragments, armor and weapons and other items that I didnt want to take up space in bank in that chest and it is lost forever.
This prompt shows when you try and claim a lot with a deed that's already in use with another lot, the current town location is displayed on the lot deed window. You can go there and use the lot listing window to find your current lot. I can't think of a reason it'd be moved for you, perhaps you misremembered the town you were in, many towns have the same basic layout. If you continued to claim the new lot the old lot contents get placed in the property manager. Nothing is ever lost, if you still can't find your them contact support@shroudoftheavatar.com and they'll help you figure out what happened.
The blue magnifying glasses show only the approximate, possible locations of something that you look for. If the sketchbook is that from the quest in Desolis, then it is in the Epitaph building. If you haven't found it yet whisper me ingame ("Herbert Taraxacum") for more hints.
Luckily someone got in the game and showed me where it was, I thought the compass showed the exact spot but noooooo, it was about 20 feet away under a copper node.
hello, this is my second account, I didnt try to make a second account but when I created an account so I could get on the game without using steam's auto login, instead it created a brand new account. And when I used this account it gave me a brand new character on game and a new account for this forum and now I cant get on game with old account and I cant use old account to get on this forum. Why, I dont know.
if you already had a seperate website account, you just needed to go to the settings page to link your steam account. you didn't need to make a new account.
