Where is the 15%?

    Hi everyone

    Bought the Town Lot Deed. After I purchased the lot I went back in to purchase the basement. There was no 15% to that purchase. So I waited a day and tried again. Same result. There was no 15% offered for my purchase.
    Did I read things wrong? Was I not supposed to receive 15% discount on my second purchase?
    Curious minds need to knowo_O

    Look on your account page. You will get 15% of the town lot purchase back as store credit.

    You will get 15% store credit added to your account as long as you paid for the basement with "new" money and not store credit.

    You need to wait until 1pm CST (Austin time) the next day for the bonus cash to appear.

    Nope. You get 15% of your purchase in credits to use on your next purchase. Should be on your account page.

    When you go to buy something else there should be up and down arrows on the accoubt credit location where you choose your payment type.

    Assuming you did not buy the initial town deed using store credits in the first place you should have them in a day.

    If you do not have them then contact support@portalarium.com - they're really quite quick these days which is awesome.

    Ok the credits showed up. Why it took 2 days is beyond me. But I am grateful for it.
