    Extremely... Crafting along with Combat are the two things that top my list as things that need to work correctly upon release... any chance we the community can help troubleshoot, improve, test, expand, or critique the system to help get it to work as well as possible for this winter... the better.... our man hours can help keep them working efficiently... plus I think alot of us enjoy testing and doing QA stuff because it feels like we are contributing to something we are passionate about. :)

    I'm excited mostly because I only had time to play the first release for about 30 minutes. Crafting is not a highlight for me, so I'll probably concentrate on getting to know the system, talking to folks and trying on items.

    Crafting is one of the things that was a HUGE draw for me with this game... To say I cant wait... would be a complete and utter understatement.

    Yep, can't wait to jump back into New Britannia!

    @Chris -- please give us a freelook camera (not locked to the avatar) so we can do flybys and other cool videos. Dev console perhaps? How about a time scale adjustment command so I don't have to sit there for 1 hour recording a timelapse! :p Oh and while you're at it, commands to show/hide the avatar or at least disable the idle animation so timelapses don't show him wigging out.

    That was kinda my problem. Actually, it will be a problem again. With a full time job, three kids and a heavy workout schedule I have no time on weekdays. Since it's gonna be Thurs, Fri, Sat, I'll only be able to play on saturday and that is my tabletop rpg day. Sigh.

    The top of chat says "Updated R2 Dates: 23-25th Jan". Does anyone know if that's true? I thought it started the 24th.

    It is indeed the 23rd. We orginally had the tests happening Fri - Sun but we decided to move them to Thursday so we had time to respond to issues before the weekend. When we made the date change we made it to all of the releases except R2 and no one caught it until a couple days ago.
