XP LOW Warning message is freaking me out

Not of fan of this warning message... It's easy enough to press "K" and look... no need for a giant ugly button screaming at me to quest and grind.

 

C'mon XP pots in the cash shop! <stares intently at cloudy crystal ball>

 

Hehe ive not logged in yet, but id like extra notification since there is a decay system ticking.

 

That button sucks indeed! If i want a game thats all about level and xp-gaining, i would choose one of the quadrillion other MMORPGs out there!

 

Would be nice to toggle that on or off in the options menu

 

I haven't even had a chance to update yet and I'm already annoyed by this indicator. If I want to pay attention to my XP.. I will already know that it's low. I won't need the game to tell me when the number is right there on the skill window. And since my XP has been low for nearly all of R32.. I don't want the game pressuring me to do things a certain way just get rid of a low XP indicator.

 

I hoped it already had been included with the other XP/skill watching stuff toggle when reading about it. But seems it needs an extra switch.
Please give an option to toggle this off too.

 

another fix for something that was not broken brought on by the good idea fairy, she is immortal and live everywhere.

One day we will have a spell that dismisses her before she can even speak.

Sadly the fairy that lives in SotA does thing that no one ever hears about until her words are actually implemented.

Needs to go away ASAP or default to off with optional turn on.

 

OOoooo now we need, RENT IS DUE warning message, YOU NEED TO EAT warning message, FEED YOUR PET warning message, FIX YOUR ARMOR AND WEAPON warning message, YOU NEED TO GROUP warning message, and of course the YOU NEED TO CALL YOUR MOTHER warning message

 

I think I like the idea of this warning, but rather than have an on/off switch for it, I'd like to be able to set my own threshold for it activating. Setting it to infinity of course would we an off switch anyway.

I'd probably personally set it to 5k XP as that's about where I start thinking I should fighting harder stuff again.

 

An in game clock for not playing past bedtime would be cool. Lol

No sarcasm, I'd like that.

 

With or without the alarm, I'm finding myself alt-tabbing out to check the time. An in-game (real world) clock would be very nice.

 

Actually I keep saying to myself some sort of in-game clock feature would be really helpful.

I am not a fan of this button, but I can see why it was added.

Wow that looks like total crap. As bad as the quick swap button imo. I already don't assign an alternate deck to avoid that crappy swap deck icon.. now how can I avoid this one? What is the minimum XP set at before it displays?

It would be nice if the manual states bs like this.

 

I have to grind in 4skull and 5skull areas know just to have XP while grinding. haha - if I don't get an option to turn this thing off, it'll never go away.

 

I'm sure that in time we can toggle it off. I've been around, I know how XP works, I don't need a reminder. But since there are many new players joining us and XPs influence on skill gain is not obvious I don't mind accommodating those that need a clue.

I doubt that. You mean just like how we can toggle off the swap deck button?

 

Why are they making more tools to keep track of this stuff? If your system is supposed to power an RPG and naturally level up skills as you play, then having these things just show how convoluted your system is!

I thought the idea was to make the game less complicated and more intuitive... Stop adding things that merely cover up the problems!

It's not even a question of it being annoying; this "low XP" thing makes it look like we're playing the game "wrong".

More like how they allow us to disable skill tracking.
