Avatar Customer Transition to russian speaking forums and website, really?

One of us wrote a letter to the support.
We don't want bad rep for the game because we really like it.
Many of us are bakers and want to support SotA.
We don't understand why to split the community this way, so we can't even access our accounts.

 

Indeed, they will probably reply to it shortly with corrections, they always correct their mistakes.

Thats what I'm saying too... the bad rep is already out there, there should be a russian speaking representative from black sun for their community that at least goes in the gaming forums to correct simple misunderstandings such as these, in advance.

But it feels like SOTA is just another game under their wing...

 

And that is another interesting moment. According to several russian video gaming news sites Black Sun Publishing was accused in stealing Corsairs game series IP from another publisher/developer. there was one court ruling already and story continues...

For all those that are trying to reach their account or the add on store

It can still be reached by using a VPN and connecting to a city in the USA. If you do not have a VPN there are lots of free ones but check it out for malware and logging issues. I have found that Windscribe is a good one, does not log connections, has a built in ad blocker, and is free for life. Link is here:

It may also be location based. My account was originally setup in the USA but now I am in Baku, Azerbaijan which is in the Caucaus. My account was migrated to sota-game.com so when I click on the main page bookmark (www.shroudoftheavatar.com) it redirects me to www.sota-game.com. I can VPN into New York and can access my account and buy things on the Add-on store. As for the Forums I can access it without the VPN using this address:

Your experience may vary but be patient, Port will fix it soon mainly because of all the support request coming their way right now.

I haven't tried ingame localisation, but website/forum content is nonexistent. Just release notes and few old posts from 2017.
Hope they will do it better with other languages.
Anyways, players should have option to migrate or stay.
This move from Port side makes me really mad.
