Title: Bring Secret Note to Grigor
Reproduction Rate:Not tried on an alt char
Blocker? yes, cannot complete quest
Details: Bring Secret Note to Grigor quest, cannot be completed, I suspect I said the wrong thing to Grigor quest so have triggered some quest flags out of sequence.
Steps to Reproduce:I found the understorm orders note and returned to grigor and told him there was no plot by the elves, returned into the mine and found the secret note which then triggered the quest but am unable to hand this note into Grigor as i have previously told him there is no evil plan

Found these previous posts that seem to have the same bug Issue #61703 is associated on 1 of them but re-raising for awareness this is a fairly low level quest and new players are likly to run into it.
