"Fixed" an "issue" where buffs from instruments...

    PS: Only hoping that the buff will start AFTER the 5 secs, so we don't "waste" that time of +movement standing still... :p

    Fleet Flute would be totally useless if it were to remain as it is right now because the moment you play an instrument your speed goes down to walking so essentially the movement buff is useless. Oh and it gives Attack Speed bonus... how are you supposed to attack with an instrument in your hand? Completely illogical artifact IF it were to be left as is.

    Need a better definition of "a few seconds". The buff only lasts for 30 seconds so how much time we talking about here?

    Or are they going to extend the time the buff lasts? Maybe make us play for 5 seconds and the buff lasts for 45 seconds?

    I think the original "issue" they were trying to fix with instruments was that the party type buffs (invigoration, defiance, etc.) were working on anyone in the vicinity and not just people in the party.

    Also, some instrument effects were not affecting party members at all.

    So, in trying to fix both of these issues, something else must have gotten borked.
