(1) My daughter's account was below the level listed for those who were to receive free land lottery tickets. There were no raffle tickets for her when she claimed rewards. Why?

)2) Has it ever occurred to anyone that those with the most gold can buy the most lottery tickets and hence accumulate even more tax-free land? I certainly cannot justify buying them with my shabby bank account. Lottery tickets should be limited to one per lot type per account.

 

Free lottery tickets are next month not this month. As it significantly changed the odds for people who had bought tickets before the announcement.

I haven't bought a ticket. But at the rate I'm getting excess gold the number I will buy is increasing. (Pile of gold looking for masterwork chainmail and halberd)

 

The free raffle tickets is not before the 2nd raffle takes place, that is why she hasn't gotten them yet.

 

Pretty certain that the raffle lot deeds are *not* tax-free versions.
