Melting Down for Store Credit this week: 3 windows

@Chaox Perhaps this is unrelated, but I noticed the "Summer telethon Rewards" have dropped off my account "Special Rewards" tab.

Edit - Ruh roh, I have another pledge that has them. Is it possible that during the summer telethon and even appearing in it at times, I upgraded another pledge but did not add to my own account? Egads!

 

You will be able to play prior to 7pm. I do recommend setting an alarm for 6:55pm, to make sure that your account is in a 'logged-out' state when they process the database.

I did all of my melting down today, so I'm good to go!

Got it - thanks all. They had ended up in the spam filter on that email account.

 

I just melted an item to credits while I was logged into QA server. Not sure if that's supposed to happen or how that affects anything, but I have the credits on my account page so that's all I care about at this point. Just thought it was worth noting though since the OP says to make sure you do it before you login to Live or QA.

 

I just checked on both mine and my wife's account - neither has the Winter Telethon, but both have the Summer Telethon.

 

Sad Hamster I don't have my Summer Telethon, I guess I was asleep at the wheel! I have them elsewhere, but wish they had been on Andernut as well

 

Double check your email receipts to see if you're Andernut account is eligible, it might have just been missed, mine was.

 

I was going to get around to that - and I see I do have such a record... fingers crossed

Hmmm, I melted all my add-ons I did not want, but my Viking home which I bought I believe for $100 I only got $50 for it. So keep an eye on this before melting down your Viking home down

 

Maybe you bought it while the introduction price was reduced, which is no longer the case for several items. In this case you only get back what you paid. If this is not the case (check your purchase confirmation email) you might try to contact support.)

Yeah, the house was on sale last month for $50. If you bought it during the discount period, you would only get $50 back when you try to melt it. You might want to double check the confirmation email when you bought it to see how much you actually pay. If it was $100, just email the support and have them credit you with the remaining amount.

I was logged into QA after the 1st rewards wipe this week, before I saw this info, but I have not been in-game since. The only change in my main account Add-On area is the addition on the Rocket Fireworks 45-Piece Portalarium Gift (digital)
finally.

I have other accounts that have reset properly, but not this one.

I've sent an email to Support already, but it seems the Wednesday wipe did nothing to my account.
