If its possible. Depending on the customization I would like it to be similar to Kings port with the dock area a bit different. More row housing near the square a little field like housing (like kingsport). Something that looks like and old English fishing town but small and quaint. Water spots for housing of course. I would like to be in an area that will see all the possible weather seasons.

I too would like to be able to fish in the bay area like Kingsport. I'm not expecting to find Messages in Bottles or pull up sea serpents that close to shore but a fishing area that would be useful for new fisherman and possible new fisherman quests if available. I think that is a very reasonable request that is not exploitable. My thoughts would be something just like the old UO fishing system so shoreline fishing really never yields anything big except fish and junk (which is fun). I played the elder scrolls in beta and they had fishing nodes. This was a disappointment. Why did they do it that way? Don't know, don't care. It was a disappointment. I would like to think that the crew at portalarium, considering their professional background would do much better than The Elder Scrolls and have fishing throughout the entire ocean they have in Novia and not fishing nodes.

A bit of an informal announcement on the groundbreaking at White Hart

Tales of the White Hart are inspiring this hamlet. An abbey will be built as one of the cornerstones of the community.

 

Does you name come from a festival in Missouri by chance?

 

There will be many sources for the name, actually, both historic and fictional. The name was chosen in part due to stories from Old World history on the Shard of Great Lakes and the plots woven by the Seers there. The White Hart became sort of a "Lassie" figure in the Yew area and had a long story arc associated with the great stag.

Probably wouldn't hurt to start a new thread started as a replacement, regardless.

It would also be great if we could capture more information on the player towns too.

There's no reason to think it isn't being updated.. at least as of 9 days ago.
