Great news and a well done release! Muwaha!!!
all good news to me, lets get this done people.
I want to start planning for the E2 land rush
At this point, with a soft cap and nearly unlimited grinding: what's the use of multiple characters?
Why do Video Game Always drop on Tuesdays? And it's apparently so immutable a tradition that you would alter your 50+ release schedule to make it so.
I've always wondered.
I've totally enjoyed the ride in getting to this point (well not forum drama ) and am very exited to see it finally coming to fruition.
So looking towards the future and the wonder that Shroud can become.
My deepest respect to the team and their dedication to the community and the game!
To fulfill the pledge reward.
My b-day month yay!!! definitely the next year is the year *crossing fingers.
May I ask why you decided to cancel the "dark" plan? just curiosity.
that's not a feature. if we wanted to join our friends, we'd be in friends mode. sometimes we just want a group chat channel.
Great news. Nothing is ever completely ready to release but i feel by then we will at least be having a baby with all normal functioning bits. In the coming years/releases/episodes we can feed her up and put a bit of meat on her bones. Looking forward to E2 planning and onwards.

Sharing guild membership doesn't sound quite right to me.
If I have a female warrior, let's call her Penthesilea, who is a member of the female only "Amazons Guild",
I couldn't go and create a male character on that account.
If I had a mage, let's call him Raistlin Majere, and he is a member of "The Black Robes".
Then I make a warrior, let's call him Caramon, and he would automatically be a member of "The Black Robes"?.
It is always good to hear, that a game leaves "early access" and launches. Together with some marketing, there should be a bunch of new players coming in.
But on the other hand, a game which is going to be launched, i personally expect to be polished to a good degree.
I didn't have much time lately to play, but the last time i wandered around on the overworld map. I was looking into a bunch of lvl2-3 scenes. But sadly, most of them are still the unfinished "copied" scenes. To be real honest, those are not much fun to play. The polished ones have much to discover and maybe a puzzle and wants you to explore the whole scene, the copied ones are just plain boring.
Since i atleast didn't catch this in the post, i can hardly believe that all scenes will be "finished" till the full release. I can really see new players "quit" or trials "not buying" because of these. They just bring too much "incomplete" feeling for a released titel in my eyes.
What about customizable npc ?
I think all the scenes around the main paths are finished until launch. There was great effort to design a lot of scenes. And they really look great and have interesting things to find inside.
And after launch (end of march 2018) every month goes on by making a lot of more stuff and polish.
--> Death Decay
And to focus with one Character on less skills.
May be a "pure" mage of just 1 skill tree ...
It's awesome to hear this! Thank you
Any information on how you're going to handle international shipping declaration wise? Since it's going to have a massive impact for some customers depending on the local tax laws.
Great update Starr and I hope you and the team manage to get a break over the holidays, as I'm sure it's been a big year for you all.
