Reward Delivery Issues: Fixes incoming

Upon reviewing your account, it appears that your pledge was not at Citizen level at the time of our November 2, 2015 expiration event which removed access to Water Lots and Houses. You are correctly receiving the appropriate lot deed and houses that your account is eligible for.

If you could, review the following pledge page and let us know from which lesser pledges you believe you should be getting tools/tables inherited from. As well as let us know how many you have received in game. From our backend, it appears we are delivering you the appropriate number of each.

Upon reviewing your account, we identified that all of the appropriate and expected stacking water house deeds are sitting in your bank for Lord, Knight, Edelmann, and Citizen water homes. If you could verify.

Upon reviewing your account, it appears they are ready to be delivered. At your earliest convenience, click "Claim Rewards" for them to be fulfilled.

Note that this was an issue for any pledge of Duke or higher that had Extra Homes and Basements. All Dukes and LotMs with home/basement stacking should now be able to go to their banks and claim to receive their missing Baron land homes. Thank you for your patience.

Please include as close to an itemized list of what you believe you are missing vs what you have delivered. Checked and you are right. Sorry my bad. I had used a wrong filter option ("cabana" and "lighthouse") .

 

I thought these were not "in-game" yet, but only showing-up on our account page under the "Special Rewards" tab...

 

Thanks to the team for that. My favorite land-based home is back!

As @Attenwood advised, this is not the best place to handle missing rewards. I have locked the thread. Please send an email to support@portalarium.com to discuss missing rewards.

 

Quick update that all players should now receive their Benefactor, Founder, or Royal Founder plaques when they next claim rewards at the bank!
